Absolutely amazing everytime! Best steak sandwich I've eaten not just in Red Deer but anywhere!!

I came here for the bulgogi bowl as I couldn't find any korean places around and it was meh, it could use a little more to it for sure, some fresh veggies or hot sauce or something to dress it up a bit. Waitress was nice.It's also a coach bus stop at the hotel and there were random passengers aimlessly wandering around the restaurant waiting which was kind of weird.

Great atmosphere, service was good. My favorite entree is the chicken dinner. The chicken has a perfect batter and really addictive dipping sauce! The house dressing is excellent. If your a poutine fanatic i would recommend getting the bulgogi poutine!

Service is awesome and the food is so good! Fish and chips & chicken prepared fresh, pasta dishes are great! Definitely worth checking out.

My partner and I were pleasently surprised by the quality of experience at this restaurant. Quality and friendly service is offered. The atmosphere is decent. The food quality is high. There is flavour and taste. There is also some diversity in the meal options. We had the Saturday/Sunday meal special for two and we enjoyed it. We finished the meal with blue berry pie which was ridiculously good. Totally unexpected. The server informed us that the pastry chef is Italian and it honestly shows. The prices are reasonabe. Give this restaurant a try, it is worth it.

I ordered take out from Lokal Kitchen in Red Deer and I noticed they forgot my rice dish when I got home. I called the restaurant and talked to my waitress and she made it right by delivering the forgotten dish to me. By the way they don't do delivery here so some one came in their personal vehicle to correct the mistake. What great service! Oh and the food was amazing!

Came here on my way through Red Deer and it was well worth it. Its attached to a hotel but dont let that stop you from coming here. The Korean food was amazing and very well plated. Good prices and portion sizes in my opinion. Very Great Meal.

Very affordable food. Very very good food. I was skeptical to try it at first but I will be a repeat customer. Waitress was very friendly and talkative and made for a great experience. Highly recommended.

If you like big portions that taste amazing, at VERY reasonable prices, this is the place to go. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and very clean with delicious food.

Ordered the Half & Half Platter and was extremely impressed with how good it was. Fantastic to have local options for dining out like this and we will make a point of returning.

Food is affordable, filling and the menu has a wide variety. They go from pasta and risottos to Fried chicken and Burgers. Took 13.47 min to bring out food for two.

Chicken dinner was fantastic. My son and I agreed that it was better than the chicken tenders. My friend had the club and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the dish, from the house salad dressing down to the corn slaw. Server was spot on. Establishment clean. Delicous food came out quickly and hot. Will be back!

Lokal was recommeded to us for their fried chicken dinner. When we arrived we were the only ones in the restaurant & didn't take that as a good sign but we stayed anyways. It turned out to quite nice as it was good to visit with each other. Most of our party ordered the fried chicken dinner, burger with a salad, & stir fry. The chicken dinners were hearty with 3 or more pieces, it had a crispy well seasoned coating, & juicy on the inside. The burger cooked to perfection, the salad was fresh with the tastiest house dressing(you have to order it!) & the stir fry was prepared with fresh vegetables & a spicy sauce. Our server was friendly & knew her menu when we had questions. We were happy to see more patrons arriving throughout the evening & we will certainly recommend Lokal to our friends.
